What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, mobile money (MTN & Airtel Uganda), and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin & USDT). All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, absolutely. AstralGuard Cyber Academy uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. We never store your credit card or PayPal credentials directly. All sensitive payment information is handled by our secure payment processors (PayPal, Stripe) with PCI DSS compliance.

How long does it take to get course access after payment?

PayPal/Credit Card: Instant access (within 5 minutes) after sending proof of payment.
Bank Transfer: 2-4 hours after sending proof
Mobile Money: 1-3 hours after sending proof
Cryptocurrency: 1-6 hours after blockchain confirmation

All non-instant payments require manual verification. Please send your payment proof to our WhatsApp support for faster processing.

Do you offer payment plans or installments?

Currently, we only accept full payments for our courses. However, we're working on implementing installment plans in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when payment plans become available.

I paid but haven't received my login credentials. What should I do?

1. Check your email spam/junk folder
2. Verify that you sent payment proof to our support
3. WhatsApp us at +256 778 428443 with your payment details
4. Email payment@academy.astralguard.online with your transaction ID
5. Allow up to 6 hours for manual verification (bank transfers/crypto)

If it's been more than 6 hours, contact us immediately.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a money-back guarantee if:

1. You haven't accessed our course content
2. If you cannot access course materials due to technical issues
3. If technical issues are caused by AstralGuard Cyber Academy
4. And if the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours of reporting.

We advise you to review our refund policy for more details.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes, you can. However:

• PayPal automatically converts your local currency to USD
• Credit cards handle currency conversion automatically
• Bank transfers can be in UGX (Uganda Shillings) or USD
• Mobile money is UGX only
• Cryptocurrency amounts are equivalent to USD pricing

Contact support for exact conversion rates for bank transfers.

How long do I have access to the course?

You get unlimited access to all course materials, including:

• All video lectures and tutorials
• Downloadable resources and tools
• Lab access for the entire course period
• Course updates and new content
• Community forum access

Note: Lab access outside the course learning period is availabe for a small fee.

What if my payment fails or gets declined?

Common reasons and solutions:

Credit Card Declined: Contact your bank, ensure sufficient funds, try PayPal instead
PayPal Error: Check PayPal balance, verify account, try different payment method
Bank Transfer Rejected: Verify account details, ensure SWIFT code is correct
Mobile Money Failed: Check network, ensure sufficient airtime/balance

If problems persist, use alternative payment method or contact support for assistance.

Do you provide invoices or receipts?

Yes! You'll automatically receive:

• Instant email receipt for PayPal/credit card payments
• Manual receipt for bank transfers/mobile money (sent within 24 hours)
• Official invoice for business purchases (available upon request)
• Transaction history in your student dashboard

Can I share my course access with others?

No, course access is strictly personal and non-transferable. Each enrollment includes:

• Single-user license
• Unique student account
• Individual lab environment
• Personal support access

Sharing accounts violates our Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination without refund. For team/group purchases, contact us for volume discounts.

What happens if I encounter technical issues during payment?

If you experience technical issues:

1. Screenshot the error - Save any error messages
2. Check your bank/PayPal account - Don't attempt multiple payments
3. Contact support immediately - WhatsApp: +256 778 428443
4. Provide transaction details - Email, amount, payment method
5. Wait for confirmation - We'll verify and complete your enrollment

We monitor all transactions and will contact you if we detect any issues.

Are there any hidden fees or additional costs?

No hidden fees! The course price includes everything:

• All course materials and videos
• CTF Arena access
• Community membership
• Certificate of completion
• Lifetime content updates

Additional costs only apply if you:
• Extend lab access after course closes
• Request 1-on-1 mentorship
• Need custom project assistance

All optional services are clearly priced and require your consent.
